Hi, I’m Cheri.
I’m your personal cheerleader, mama of one son, December Capricorn, Lemon Drop Martini lover, content creator, and the person who will probably start asking questions about your business before we have even finished appetizers. I was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, by military parents, so structure, accountability, and figuring things out have been part of my personality for as long as I can remember. I love good conversation, good food, being in rooms with interesting people, and turning ideas that are floating around in someone’s head into something they can actually see and use.
How I Got Here.
I didn’t come into healthcare from the marketing world. I came into marketing from inside healthcare, and that one difference shapes everything about how I work.
Before any of this became my business, I spent more than a decade working inside medical offices. I worked the front desk, handled billing, supported operations, and served as a treatment coordinator, so I’ve seen a practice from nearly every seat in the building. I was the person answering the phones, greeting patients by their first name, and asking about their kids and their vacations. Being kind to people was my superpower, and I watched firsthand how much that one thing affected whether a patient booked, came back, or told their friends about us.
That experience taught me something most marketers never get to see.
What happens on the front end of a practice affects everything on the back end.
A patient’s decision doesn’t start in the treatment room. It starts with the ad she saw, the Instagram page she scrolled, the reviews she read, and the way someone spoke to her on the phone. My background in psychology helped me understand the why behind it all, meaning the trust, the behavior, and the decision-making that lead a patient to choose one provider over another who offers the same treatment down the street.
I also started sharing my life online long before I ever had a business, so I’ve always understood the power of being visible and being yourself on the internet. Eventually, all of those pieces came together and led me into content, strategy, and patient acquisition.
Today, I partner with established aesthetic and wellness practices to look at the bigger picture. Most of the owners I work with already have an SEO company, an ad agency, a social media person, and a CRM they barely use, but nobody is connecting the dots between them. That’s where I come in. I help practices understand what’s actually attracting and converting the right patients, what’s wasting money, and where to focus next.
I also help medical professionals build visibility and personal brands that create opportunities beyond the treatment room, including speaking, partnerships, and a name people recognize before they ever need you.
I’m based in Savannah, Georgia, and I believe the best patients don’t come from discounts or gimmicks. They come from trust, and trust is built by showing people who you really are.
